To view an item UOM in QuickBooks follow the given path below:

Open Quickbooks>> Go to Lists >> U/M Set Lists,

To view the above Unit of measure assigned for an Item:
Open Quickbooks >> Go to Lists >> Item Lists >> Double click on an item

In the below screenshot, you can view the Unit of Measure ‘Ea’ used for the item ‘Blueprints’

To view an item UOM in Sage 100 ERP follow the path given below:

Common Services–> Setup–>Unit Of Measure Conversion Maintenance

Here you can view the converted an Item UOM ‘Ea’ in Sage 100 ERP.

Here you can view the migrated item UOM ‘Ea’ assigned to the migrated item ‘Blueprints’
